Details You Share:- Account Setup: During registration, we store your handle, email, and security credentials.- Profile Building: Any details appended to your personal page, such as your avatar.- User Posts: Ratings provided, reviews written, culinary photos uploaded, and forum replies.- Inbound Queries: Requests sent to us via support channels or feedback portals.Automated Logs:- Hardware Details: Type of device, software build, and identification codes.- Interaction Data: App feature usage and viewed content history.- Localizing: Rough site data derived from establishments you frequent (controlled by you).Details We Avoid:- We never view your private photos without specific consent.- We never scrape contact lists from your smartphone.- We never monitor your behavior on external applications.

USAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We apply the data mentioned to: manage your primary account; display your wing ratings and pictures throughout the App; optimize and tailor your user journey; deliver critical service alerts (including registration links); process help tickets via cjhowell1010@gmail.com; identify and stop malicious behavior; and follow all relevant legal frameworks and guidelines.

EXTERNAL DATA DISCLOSURE

Your data is never sold for profit. Sharing only occurs under these specific paths:- Community Content: Your username and wing evaluations are public by default to help others.- Platform Partners: We employ reliable vendors to run the App, such as Supabase for storage, Brevo for emails, and Apple for distribution.- Mandatory Disclosure: Data may be shared if we receive a valid legal order or court subpoena.- Protection: To defend the safety and property of our community and Thee Wingman team.

YOUR CONTROL & OPTIONS

You possess the right to: review the data we keep; update any errors through the user dashboard; erase your profile and all linked history via the settings menu; ignore or block specific users; and unsubscribe from all non-critical marketing emails. To permanently remove your presence, visit Settings and choose Delete Account. This action is final and will erase everything associated with your email cjhowell1010@gmail.com forever.

DATA STORAGE

We preserve your information while the account remains functional. Upon initiation of deletion, we wipe your details within a 30-day window, except where specific laws mandate otherwise.

YOUTH USER GUIDELINES

This platform is not built for individuals under 13. We do not intentionally archive data from young children. If we find that a minor under 13 has joined, we will erase that account and all related data immediately.

SECURITY

We utilize top-tier encryption protocols to keep your information safe during transfer and storage. While we strive for perfection, no digital system is entirely unbreakable. We prioritize but cannot promise total security.

GLOBAL DATA FLOWS

Our headquarters are based in the United States. If you use the App internationally, please be aware that your data will be routed through and stored on American servers.

DOCUMENT REVISIONS

We may refresh this policy occasionally. We will alert you to major edits by changing the date at the top or by delivering a specific alert to you inside the software interface regarding the update.
